These C purlins feature a web with two flanges and optional inward-facing lips that add rigidity and prevent flange buckling.
Unlike hot-rolled channel (which has tapered flanges), cold-formed C purlins from our factory have uniform thickness throughout the profile, making them lighter, more economical, and ideal for long-span applications in building construction. Qiaosi Steel supplies C purlins in both lipped (with stiffening lips) and plain (without lips) profiles. Standard material: Q235B / Q345B structural steel, pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized after forming (Z100 – Z275 coating).
