PU sandwich panels (Polyurethane) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate) consist of a rigid foam core bonded between two high-strength color coated steel sheets. Manufactured through a continuous double-belt lamination process under precisely controlled temperature and pressure, the foam forms a seamless, closed-cell insulation layer with excellent adhesion to the metal facings.
PIR is an advanced version of PUR with improved fire performance and higher thermal stability. Both are widely used in cold storage, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical warehouses, clean rooms, and high-performance building envelopes where superior insulation and fire safety are critical.
