PUR edge-sealed rock wool sandwich panels feature a mineral rock wool core with polyurethane (PUR) foam injected along all four edges during manufacturing. This hybrid design combines the non-combustible fire protection of rock wool (Euroclass A1/A2) with the superior edge sealing, structural bonding, and thermal bridge prevention of PUR foam.

The PUR edge encapsulation eliminates exposed mineral fibers at panel joints, prevents fiber shedding during installation, provides a continuous thermal barrier at panel edges, and significantly improves the overall structural strength of the panel system. Widely used in cold storage, food processing, pharmaceutical, and fire-sensitive industrial buildings.
